Nomis Hemp Harvest 2019, Greenhouse #1

FINANCIALS

Nomis is poised to generate strong revenue and EBITDA growth across cannabis retail and CBD consumer products segments over the forecasted period. In the near-term, Nomis plans to expand its cultivation and production capabilities, as the Company will be developing fully automatic growing facilities in Pemberton, Vancouver Island and Columbia. We expect this to generate stronger international growth opportunities as the production amount increase.

Nomis is expected to be able to maintain EBITDA margins of approximately 82-93% over a terminally year period. While it is believed that increased maturity in the cannabis retail business and increased competition, this is expected to be offset by margin expansion within the CBD consumer product segment, as the Company launches new higher margin products. Production cost will play a key role in competition and will leverage Nomis due to the low production costs with full automatic production and low infrastructure cost such as energy and water. It is forecasted that EBITDA will grow to $500 million in 2023 up from estimates of 4 million in 2019.
